Shall I clean the windows or not? If they’re bright and clear, then the reflexion of the trees and the sky makes birds try and fly into them. Bo-doing! Not a pretty sight.

Sehän on nähty. Jos pesen ikkunat kirkkaiksi ja puut ja taivas heijastuvat niistä, linnut lentää mäjähtävät päin lasia. Plötz.

So I won’t clean them. The same old excuse year after year after year.

Käytetään samaa tekosyytä tänäkin vuonna. Mikään ei ole niin viisas kuin insinööri. Paitsi kaksi insinööriä.

That reminds me of a story. A true story.

A friend, Leslie, told me that a pheasant flew in through his living room window.
