LOTS OF WEATHER IN JANUARY

Some of our friends have been travelling for weeks in December - January, but we're hoping to see them next Saturday at a get-together we're organising. Something to look forward to, for sure.

Yesterday we went to buy some furniture at Ikea. Found a great coffee table and a shelf, which are from the same series, darkish pinewood. We also wanted a table but they were sold out, so we'll have to go back next week.

I took the picture the other day when the skies were clear and the sun was shining. The following day it snowed. Lots of weather we've been having lately, as Ollie said to Stanley in an old black 'n' white movie. (Oliver Hardy & Stan Laurel; Fatty and Skinny.)
